These “Brownies” are incredibly good! You won’t believe how good they are. No, they do not taste like walnuts! The walnuts act as the flour.
You can make this in 5 minutes, and dessert is ready!
3 cups of raw walnuts, unsoaked
dash of salt
16 pitted, medjool dates, unsoaked
2/3 cup unsweetened carob powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp of water if necessary
1/2 cup of carob chips
Chop up 1/2 cup of the walnuts and set asid.
Place the rest of the walnuts and the dash of salt
in a food processor with the S blade.
After it is finely crumbled, add the dates.
Process until the mixture sticks together, then add
the carob powder, vanilla and bit of water if you want it
Take out and add in chopped nuts and carob chips.
Press into a pan. Put in the refridgerator for a bit of time
