Raw Nutty Apple Granola
1 large apple of your choice
1 large handful of coconut either fresh or dried
1/4 cup of walnuts or other nut
2 tsp. of Agave Nectar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon or cardamom
2 large medjool dates or 1T of raisins
2 T of lemon juice, fresh or bottled
Place all of the above ingredients in a food processor with an “S” blade
Process until finely crumbled.
You will love this recipe either for breakfast, as a dessert or a light supper.
